This Privacy Policy describes how Gravison Group ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and handles information in connection with Placeholder Subscription (placeholdersub.com).
We collect the following information when you subscribe:
Email address. Required to process and manage your subscription. We use it to send receipts and, occasionally, service-related communications.
Payment information. Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card number or full payment details. Stripe processes all transactions directly.
IP address. Logged automatically by Cloudflare, our hosting provider, for security and infrastructure purposes.
Your email address is used to process your subscription and send receipts. That is all. We do not use it for marketing campaigns, third-party lists, or anything you would find objectionable.
We do not sell your data. We never have. We never will.
Stripe — payment processing. Stripe has its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy. We use Stripe solely to process recurring charges. They are very good at it.
Cloudflare — hosting and network services. Cloudflare may set performance and security cookies and log IP addresses. Their privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
We do not use analytics platforms, advertising networks, or any other third-party data processors beyond the two listed above.
We do not set cookies ourselves. Cloudflare may set minimal technical cookies as part of its network infrastructure. These are not used for tracking or advertising purposes.
We retain your email address and billing records for as long as your subscription is active, plus the standard accounting retention period required under Canadian law (generally seven years for financial records). If you request deletion and your subscription has ended, we will remove your personal data from our systems.
You have rights under PIPEDA (Canada) and, where applicable, GDPR (EU/UK). These include the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, and request deletion.
